Decided to become entangled have you?
Upon picking out a target, Catherine proceeds to getting into that person's head and bed simply by becoming their ideal partner. It might sound good at first, but there's danger playing with this one. You've either been singled out to be her plaything or because you're not doing your part in a relationship. It's amusing to watch a happy couple crash a burn via cheating don't you know?
So, here's what you do. If you want Catherine to cause some Bad Romance or just mess up your life by being in it, what kind of wo/man does your character want? Looks? Personality? Quirks? She becomes their every desire~♥

Desired Gender: Female
Desired Appearance: Ironically, blond hair and blue eyes are his big wants. He's not picky either way.
Desired Personality: Dangerooooooooous. Women who are more than likely to make his life absolute hell and have a lot of power are generally the ones he's attracted to. Bonus points if they want something and it is never phrased as a question.

Desired Age: For both, anywhere around 28-early thirties.
Desired Gender: Either—I'm just going to list criteria for both males and females, then let you decide which one you want to use.
Desired Appearance:
For both: Nice soft pale flawless skin, and he tends to be more attracted to taller people. Must be well-dressed. Not necessarily as overdressed as he is, but snazzy. Grooming and hygiene must be impeccable. Not picky about hair or eye color.
For women: Long, wavy hair—like I said, color is irrelevant. Look up the hairstyle of sexy 40's actress Veronica Lake if you want an idea. He's not much of a breast man, and prefers them perky, but small and not that attention-grabbing. What he DOES like, however, are a nice set of child-birthin' hips and long, supple legs.
For men: Tall and lean, hair is preferably on the shorter side (but not too short). Must have really beautiful hands. And a nice tight muscular ass.
It'd be nice if the guy had a nice scarf as well.
Desired Personality: Will can read minds, so it annoys him when people don't say what they've got on their mind. He adores someone who's forward and knows what they want. He also likes proud people—this goes for both men and women—so long as that pride is because of something earned or worked at and not inborn. So a pure, noble bloodline won't impress him, but being really skilled at something will.
He's a pretty horny guy deep down and will not mind if Catherine wants to get all touchy-feely. Within reason: she can snuggle up to him all she wants, but if they're in a public place and that hand goes in his pants he'll cheerily suggest they go somewhere private. Still, keep in mind he's probably the most well-spoken member of the Elite Four and doesn't like vulgarity. (Good contrast: Panty from P&S is vulgar, vs. Eva from Metal Gear Solid 3's “I don't eat snakes for dinner...but I wouldn't mind eating you.”)
A sense of humor, and a flair for the dramatic are also much appreciated. If you're a guy, he's more into either Large Hams or quiet but still adamant types, while his preference in ladies is more towards the classy classic femme-fatales.
Desired Quirks:
-KINKS! Will likes being topped, but don't get too rough. Blindfolding, light bondage, being tickled to death and crossdressing are all good with him in the bedroom.
-Dramatic/evil laughs are big with him. Especially if you're a guy.
-Also do not ask about the mask. Do not ask him to remove the mask. This is non-negotiable.
-If you're a guy:...SNAZZY SCARF. ONCE AGAIN. PREFERABLY IF YOU PLAY AROUND WITH IT.
-If you're a lady, sultry voice and Jynx-ish hip-wiggle when you walk/move will leave him putty in your hands.
Which one do you think you'll go for? Also I sorta realized I might have described three other canon characters...
